Jesse Fleming - Exercise Physiologist

I have been working with Dr. Brightman for the past 5 years, helping develop and
prescribe corrective exercises to help bring patients through the second phase of
recovery from acute and chronic injuries. We have learned that exercise is imperative in
the healing process and vital for pain management. Exercise is the bridging gap into the
next and important phase of recovery that will bring one, not only to a point of pain-free
movement, but to a stronger and more stable body to prevent further injury.
I have extensively studied rehabilitative exercise, specifically modes that do not require
expensive equipment. Therefore my exercise programs do not require a gym
membership and can be performed at home or in the office.

As an exercise physiologist I am trained and certified to:
● Design a personalized exercise program based on individual goals, functional
assessments, and health indicators
● Analyze a patient’s medical history to assess their risk during exercise and to
determine the best possible fitness regimen for the patient
● Perform fitness and stress tests, such as blood pressure, oxygen usage, heart
rhythm, and other key patient health indicators
● Construct exercise programs for athletes to prevent injuries and improve
coordination
● Provide consultations and develop the framework for individuals who are
interested in strength training or improving their overall health and fitness
