In the current environment, Dr. Brightman and Staff have taken proactive steps to help patients enjoy a healthy and safe experience when coming into the office for care. However, should this change, we will be promptly informing you as we continue to adhere to the CDC and WHO recommendations. Effective immediately:
- All high touch surfaces in the office (exam tables, front desk, door knobs, equipment, etc.) are wiped down regularly with high grade disinfectant
- We ask that all patients and staff please wash their hands and use hand sanitizer frequently. Whether that be when you enter the office, or finish using the bathroom
- Please avoid shaking hands, touching your eyes, mouth and nose
- All patients are to wear a facial covering upon entering the office until further notice
- 3000-4000 IU of Vitamin D3
- 300-400 MG of Magnesium daily
- Avoid low levels of Vitamin C and Zinc by supplementing with vitamins or vitamin rich foods. For Vitamin C look to oranges, lemon, peppers, and more. Great natural sources of Zinc are found in mushrooms, kale, broccoli, and pumpkin seeds to name a few
- You are in the most at risk category, defined by age or pre-existing conditions that leave you more susceptible to the virus
- You have traveled recently
- Show any signs of illness (fever, cough, chills, shortness of breath etc.)
- Have had close contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patient
Yours in good health,
